Appointments can be made by email. Please allow 30-45 minutes
for an initial consultation.

Subsequent consultations are 15mins or longer as appropriate.

At your first appointment you will be given a patient information form to complete. This will provide us with your details and an outline of your medical history. For convenience this form can be faxed or emailed to you so that it can be completed prior to your consultation.

Please bring any letters from referring doctors or health care providers as well as any recent x-rays or pathology results if appropriate.
